Personnel

Our staff includes eight appraisers plus support staff fully qualified with university, accounting, corporate, real estate sales and/or mortgage lending backgrounds. The principals and Independent Contractors are Fee Appraisers and members of The Appraisal Institute of Canada in good standing. Each carries Professional Liability Insurance and is insured up to $1,000,000 per occurrence and $1,000,000 in aggregate annually.

All Reports are certified by personnel holding professional designations of the Appraisal Institute of Canada (CRA and AACI), as well as various University Degree Programs. The Fee Appraisers are all licensed under the Real Estate Council of Alberta.

All reports are completed in accordance with the rules, ethics and standards of these Professional Associations.

Started appraising in 1990 - achieved a CRA designation in 1994, and replaced the designation with the AACI designation in 2001, and has been active in all areas of Real Estate Appraisal.
